Branden and Brett met after a friend convinced Branden to coach the fall ball team Levi played for. 

One night, after a day of ball, Branden asked Levi to see a picture of his sisters. After seeing them, he recognized Brett.

After one ball practice, Brett was there to pick up Levi. Levi was taking his time making his way to the car, and out came Levi and Coach Carter. Carter knocked on the window and said that Linder needed her Snapchat. The rest of the season, they slowly built a connection as the team kept teasing Branden, sometimes about the wrong sister.

After months of talking and Brett mentioning she is moving to Weyburn, Branden finally worked up the courage to ask Brett on a date. Brett agreed and was so nervous she couldn't eat, which changed the plans entirely.

Over the last three years, we have built a relationship founded in love and fun. Brett continues to nag Branden to do all the crazy ideas that come to her, including practicing the airplane for engagement photos.

On May 1, 2026, we went on a date that seemed to throw every wrench in our way but somehow felt perfect. On our way home, Branden told Dylan to keep his phone on so he could share the good news. Once they got home, they chased the cows back in, and Branden proposed.
